Research and provide enterprise-wide data architecture and standard platforms
Architect data structures such as data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes
Defines and achieves the strategy roadmap for the enterprise
Manage and plan the effort to migrate OCFOs Custom Applications/Systems to Cloud
Review and provide feedback on Architecture and Technical Strategy documents
Prepare white papers/options papers and recommend solutions
Evaluate current systems and review objectives with stakeholders
Provide support by responding to user questions, resolving problems, and coding utilities
Assist with identifying and resolving production and application development problems

Requirements

16+ years in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment (Required)
16+ years managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle (Required)

Information Technology Experience (Required)
5+ years JIRA/Confluence experience (Required)
Experience implementing software application development and large infrastructure enhancements for public sector entity (Required)
Experience as a Solution Architect on Oracle eBusiness Suite projects for Public Sector entity (State, Local and Federal) (Required)
