About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately perform sample collection activities according to approved standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality control guidelines
Collect adequate sample volumes at designated GPS locations
Maintain records of field data and samples collected
Coordinate sample delivery to the laboratory
Perform preventative and daily maintenance of designated equipment
Communicate equipment service needs with management
Maintain positive working relationships with growers, clients, dealers and other agribusiness agents as appropriate
Serve as a liaison between growers or clients and management as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven organizational and time management skills
Detail orientated nature
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Scheduling flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed based on workflow and deadlines
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in varying temperatures (40 - 90°F) as well as wet or dry conditions
Willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally
Must be located in Wisconsin
Ability to travel to different locations in Northeast/North Central Wisconsin
