About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI, automation, and data across all areas of the company.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Logistics, Finance and other teams, driving transformation initiatives.
- Map end-to-end processes and redesign workflows with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Translate business problems into structured digital solutions (AI, automation, systems).
- Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation, together with Product and Technology teams.
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable impact (financial results, productivity, risk reduction).
- Serve as an internal AI reference, promoting culture, best practices, and new use cases across the company.
- Support the definition of governance, prioritization criteria, and best practices for AI use.
- Monitor results and continuously evolve implemented solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a related field.
- Experience in business analysis, digital products, or process transformation.
- Ability to operate autonomously between business and technology areas.
- Knowledge or practical experience with AI, automation, or data applied to the business.
- Strong analytical skills and an impact-oriented mindset (results, efficiency, risk).
- Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and ability to drive initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI applied to business (not just technical work).
- Experience in automation or digital transformation projects.
- Experience in agribusiness.
- Familiarity with AI tools, analytics, or automation platforms.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
