About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the technical development team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Provide continuous feedback and foster the professional development of the team.
- Provide technical leadership for the evolution and maintenance of corporate systems.
- Ensure performance, security, scalability and alignment with business processes.
- Act as a technical reference for developers and analysts.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards such as Clean Code and SOLID.
- Design and maintain integration architectures between internal systems and external platforms.
- Work with integrations via REST APIs, messaging and microservices.
- Plan and lead system implementation, migration and modernization projects.
- Apply agile methodologies such as SCRUM in delivery management, running agile ceremonies like dailies, plannings, reviews and retrospectives.
- Define and monitor CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Manage critical incidents and coordinate technical efforts internally and with external parties.
- Ensure availability, operational reliability and compliance with SLAs.
- Evaluate deliveries from vendors and technology partners.
- Ensure compliance, governance and adherence to defined technical standards.
- Document architectures, APIs and integration flows, ensuring continuity of technical knowledge and information governance.
- Foster technological innovation by evaluating new tools, frameworks and solutions.
- Encourage the use of Artificial Intelligence tools for productivity gains, task automation and software development support.
- Promote best practices in automated testing, including unit, integration and end-to-end validation.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of deliveries through testing strategies, code review and continuous integration.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and technical excellence within the development team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Tech Lead, Systems Architect or Technical Coordinator, with work in complex corporate environments.
- Previous experience managing technical teams and leading integration and development projects.
- Strong knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, microservices and workflow automation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git and deployment automation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies and good practices in system security and governance.
- Knowledge of AWS solution architecture, including services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch and IAM, among others.
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Fastify, Serverless Framework, Vue.js and Flutter.
- Knowledge of high availability, scalability, observability and security strategies in cloud environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, environment automation and automated deployments.
- Knowledge of automated testing, including unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
