Sales Executive – Closer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the CRM by organizing and updating lead data, tracking each stage of the sales funnel accurately, and ensuring no opportunities are lost, with the goal of maintaining an efficient and predictable sales process.
- Conduct prospecting of qualified leads using provided lists, follow-up strategies, and active outreach via email, WhatsApp, or calls through Pipedrive and Teams, aiming to generate interest in the products and prepare leads for closing.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with leads in advanced stages of the funnel, using rapport-building techniques, pain-point diagnosis, and tailored solution presentations to convert leads into customers in a consultative and efficient manner.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet closed, maintaining regular contact, answering questions, and reinforcing the value of the solution to reduce dropout rates and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Implement strategies to reengage old or inactive leads by analyzing interaction histories in the CRM and reaching out with personalized messages to maximize database utilization and create new closing opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in closing sales
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of agribusiness (a plus)
- Knowledge of closing and objection-handling techniques
