Customer Communications & Sales Associate – Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contacting interested property owners by phone (primarily warm outreach)
- Conducting initial calls and qualifying leads
- Preparing, sending and following up on proposals/quotes (follow-up)
- Documenting and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Scheduling and following up on subsequent appointments for our team
- Close collaboration with the team to support prospects throughout the process
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone sales/acquisition or comparable customer communication
- Confident, professional and empathetic phone manner
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, quick learner with a willingness to independently master new topics
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style – also in a remote environment
