About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contacting interested property owners by phone (primarily warm outreach)
  • Conducting initial calls and qualifying leads
  • Preparing, sending and following up on proposals/quotes (follow-up)
  • Documenting and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
  • Scheduling and following up on subsequent appointments for our team
  • Close collaboration with the team to support prospects throughout the process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone sales/acquisition or comparable customer communication
  • Confident, professional and empathetic phone manner
  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with a willingness to independently master new topics
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style – also in a remote environment
