About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Phone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm outreach)
  • Conduct initial conversations and qualify leads
  • Create, send and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
  • Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
  • Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
  • Close collaboration with the team to support prospects in the best possible way

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone acquisition or comparable customer communication
  • Confident, professional and empathetic phone manner
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • High initiative, quick comprehension and willingness to independently learn new topics
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style – also in a remote environment
