About the role
- Initiating telephone contact with interested property owners (primarily warm outreach)
- Conducting initial calls and qualifying leads
- Preparing, sending, and following up on proposals/offers (follow-up)
- Documenting and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Scheduling and preparing follow-up appointments for our team
- Close collaboration with the team to guide prospects in the best possible way
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone outreach or comparable customer communication
- Confident, professional, and empathetic telephone manner
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- High initiative, quick learning ability, and enthusiasm for independently getting to grips with new topics
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style — also in a remote environment
