About the role

  • Initiating telephone contact with interested property owners (primarily warm outreach)
  • Conducting initial calls and qualifying leads
  • Preparing, sending, and following up on proposals/offers (follow-up)
  • Documenting and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
  • Scheduling and preparing follow-up appointments for our team
  • Close collaboration with the team to guide prospects in the best possible way

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone outreach or comparable customer communication
  • Confident, professional, and empathetic telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • High initiative, quick learning ability, and enthusiasm for independently getting to grips with new topics
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style — also in a remote environment
