About the role

  • Telephone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm outreach)
  • Conduct initial calls and qualify leads
  • Prepare, send and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
  • Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
  • Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
  • Close collaboration with the team to support prospects as effectively as possible

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in telephone sales/telemarketing or comparable customer communication
  • Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • High self‑initiative, quick comprehension and enjoyment in independently learning new topics
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also effective in a remote environment
