About the role
- Telephone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm outreach)
- Conduct initial calls and qualify leads
- Prepare, send and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
- Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
- Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
- Close collaboration with the team to support prospects as effectively as possible
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in telephone sales/telemarketing or comparable customer communication
- Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- High self‑initiative, quick comprehension and enjoyment in independently learning new topics
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also effective in a remote environment
