About the role
- Telephone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm calling)
- Conduct initial calls and qualify leads
- Prepare, send and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
- Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
- Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
- Close coordination with the team to support prospects effectively
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone prospecting or comparable customer communication
- Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- High level of initiative, quick comprehension and enthusiasm for independently learning new topics
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also when working remotely
