About the role
- Proactive telephone outreach to interested landowners (primarily warm outreach)
- Conduct initial conversations and qualify leads
- Create, send, and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
- Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
- Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
- Work closely with the team to best support prospects
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone prospecting or comparable customer communication
- Confident, professional, and empathetic telephone manner
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong initiative, quick grasp of new concepts, and a willingness to independently learn new topics
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style — also when working remotely
