About the role

Architect and build WordPress/Gutenberg-based themes, plugins, and CMS integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, developers, and project managers
Implement SSO integrations and manage deployments in Apache/Nginx and MySQL/MariaDB environments
Meet precise timelines, goals, and business needs for platforms serving millions of monthly users
Contribute to open-source web solutions requiring technical depth and strategic execution

Experienced and collaborative Full-Stack Developer with strong WordPress Gutenberg expertise
Strong experience developing with WordPress Gutenberg
Solid experience with React (or similar frameworks like Vue.js or Ember)
Proficiency with PHP and custom theme/plugin development
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
Familiarity with Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB environments
A strong grasp of modern development workflows and version control (Git)
Experience implementing SSO integrations and workflows
Ability to obtain a federal government security clearance (bonus)
Experience with Linux server management, DevOps, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) (bonus)
Agency experience working on multiple client-facing projects (bonus)
Familiarity with Git workflows and deployment strategies
