About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading and managing SAP projects across the entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Establishing and continuously improving the project organization, including governance, methodology, resource planning, and project cost accounting
Coordinating all project activities and changes, and implementing professional change and risk management with relevant stakeholders
Ensuring transparent, solution-oriented communication and handling escalation issues with confidence
Delivering measurable customer value through innovative IT initiatives, holistic solution approaches, and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience leading SAP projects, combined with solid SAP consulting and IT expertise
Completed higher education (e.g., university/technical college/professional diploma) and ideally certifications in SAP and project management
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, together with high social competence and a sense of responsibility
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, customer-service orientation, and a reliable, precise way of working
Team-oriented, open, and flexible personality that fosters a positive work environment and actively builds and maintains client relationships
Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
