About the role
- Analyze business requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions in the Sales & Service Cloud
- Implement and configure SAP solutions according to specific customer requirements
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers to maximize adoption of implemented solutions
- Support the integration of SAP solutions into existing IT infrastructures
- Continuously improve and optimize implemented solutions based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and effective solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as an SAP Consultant in the Sales & Service Cloud area
- Solid knowledge of implementing and configuring SAP solutions
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
