About the role
- Strategic management and development of existing customers in Germany with a focus on AGILITA's full SAP portfolio (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, CX, Analytics)
- Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities and active pipeline management in collaboration with Demand Generation, Presales, Marketing, and Consulting
- Preparation and delivery of client meetings and presentations
- Continuous monitoring of customer needs, market and competitor observation
Requirements
- Several years of experience selling IT or SAP solutions, ideally in the mid-market segment and handling existing accounts
- Good knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (e.g., ERP, Cloud)
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to clearly articulate business value
- Strong closing skills, negotiation ability, and a high degree of ownership in account management
- Excellent communication skills, confident presence at C-level, and enjoyment of building trusting, long-term client relationships
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills, and willingness to travel within Germany.
