About the role

  • You optimize service and field service processes using SAP Field Service Management, connecting systems, people and mobile services to create efficient end-to-end solutions.
  • Analyze and advise clients on service processes in asset and field service management using SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Design, implement and configure SAP FSM including integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP and other cloud solutions
  • Capture and translate functional requirements into well-thought-out process and system solutions around scheduling, mobile field service and service orders
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions and testing together with business units and key users at our clients
  • Support customer projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from presales through implementation to continuous optimization

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, business administration with IT focus or comparable qualification
  • Experience in consulting or application management within the SAP environment, ideally in modules CS, PM, SD or with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Good understanding of service and maintenance processes (e.g. scheduling, dispatching, mobile technicians, service orders, SLA)
  • Affinity for cloud solutions and integrations, e.g. between SAP FSM, SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud services
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and enjoyment working in cross-functional, agile teams in the DACH region
