About the role
- Overall responsibility for the financial management, organizational stability and operational excellence of the AGILITA Group
- Line management of the Team Leads for Finance, HR and Operations & IT
- Close collaboration with the business units to further develop organization, processes and structures
- Clear goal definition, prioritization and quality control across all core administrative functions
- Ensuring accountability, transparency and ownership within the teams
- Supporting the Executive Board on strategic and organizational matters
- Building a steering-oriented (rather than control-oriented) culture
- Responsibility for financial steering, controlling and liquidity management
- Responsibility for business plans, forecasts and management reports for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
- Active contract controlling including ACV, revenue and contract-duration analyses
- Ensuring quality, speed and reliability in recruiting
- Clear planning of capacity, roles and and costs in alignment with the corporate strategy
- Use of systems such as SAP SuccessFactors for goal and performance management
- Responsibility for operations and IT topics through the Team Lead Operations & IT
- Ensuring stable, secure and scalable internal systems
- Close coordination with the CEO and Executive Board on strategic topics such as AI and digitalization
- Ensuring compliance, governance and clean decision-making processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for finance and adjacent functions
- Strong understanding of business models involving consulting, software, licensing and recurring revenue
- Proven experience in leading managers
- Clear standards for quality and performance and a high degree of reliability/commitment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong numerical affinity and decisiveness
- Experience in a group-wide or international environment is an advantage
- Very good German and English language skills
