About the role

  • Lead and further develop security and authorization concepts for SAP systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP) within the public services domain
  • Analyze and optimize existing role and authorization structures, including risk and SoD analyses, audit preparation, and implementation of compliance requirements
  • Implement authorizations technically, perform troubleshooting during operations, and support releases, upgrades, migrations and go-lives
  • Advise IT and business stakeholders in public organizations on SAP security strategies, governance, processes and best practices
  • Assume subject-matter responsibility in SAP Security & Authorizations and contribute to the expansion of the service portfolio

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or comparable qualification with several years of practical experience in the SAP security and authorization area
  • Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (including S/4HANA, Fiori and, where applicable, BTP), role design, user and profile administration
  • Familiarity with public-sector requirements (e.g., heightened compliance and data protection requirements, internal policies, auditability)
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and confident communication with stakeholders at both technical and management levels
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), good English skills; strong customer orientation and willingness to accept on-site assignments in the Bern region
