About the role
- Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development.
- Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support product teams and product owners.
- Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption.
- Identify core business needs and decompose/document them in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories.
- Document business rules and construct workflow diagrams as needed.
- Provide consultation on complex projects while considering business implications of technology application.
- Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional requirements.
- Conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) required.
- Candidates must have experience with the SAFe Agile framework.
- Strong understanding of forensic and investigative system requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise application rollout and adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
