About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to injured workers through secure telehealth technologies.
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment programs focused on restoring function and improving work capacity.
- Deliver services directly through virtual patient encounters or in partnership with an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Monitor progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
- Maintain open communication with the patient and referring physician regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
- Treat team members, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California PT license required (or license in progress)
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!
