About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to injured workers through secure telehealth technologies.
Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment programs focused on restoring function and improving work capacity.
Deliver services directly through virtual patient encounters or in partnership with an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant.
Monitor progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
Maintain open communication with the patient and referring physician regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
Treat team members, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California PT license required (or license in progress)
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!
