About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to injured workers through secure telehealth technologies.
  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment programs focused on restoring function and improving work capacity.
  • Deliver services directly through virtual patient encounters or in partnership with an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Monitor progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
  • Maintain open communication with the patient and referring physician regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
  • Treat team members, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active California PT license required (or license in progress)
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
  • Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!
