Lead the implementation of robust SFDX workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, agile deployments.
Architect complex, multi-cloud solutions that unify Salesforce core with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to meet diverse client needs.
Partner with client stakeholders to gather technical requirements and assess current-state architecture, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Assist the sales team by providing technical scoping, feasibility assessments, and high-level solution designs.

Requirements

6+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with a strong track record in large-scale, enterprise project delivery.
Demonstrated experience architecting scalable Apex (Service/Domain layers) and a deep understanding of the platform's programmatic limits.
Mastery of SFDX, CLI, and modern development environments to drive team efficiency.
Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, including personalized journeys and unified data profiles.
Hands-on experience with Informatica and/or Mulesoft for complex data orchestration and ETL processes.
Experience in the Nonprofit or Higher Education sectors is a significant advantage.
Exceptional ability to clearly communicate intricate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
