About the role

  • Plan and define the actions to be carried out by consultants for the current month;
  • Maintain continuous sales growth, meet targets and deliver superior results with quality;
  • Identify task priorities and allocate them appropriately;
  • Manage the administrative aspects of your workplace;
  • Safeguard company assets (fixed assets) and oversee general store maintenance;
  • Assist and guide consultants in closing sales;
  • Instruct the sales team on internal procedures, company rules and policies, current sales conditions, promotional campaigns, product launches, new marketing strategies, and other relevant matters;
  • Be familiar with the characteristics of the products sold in order to answer questions and train the team when necessary;
  • Monitor performance/results and provide ongoing feedback to improve the team;
  • Be accountable for the quality metrics of generated operations;
  • Enforce credit and operational policies;
  • Uphold the institution’s code of ethics and conduct;
  • Assess the quality/accuracy of contracted operations;
  • Ensure that consultants hold the required professional certifications.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in progress;
  • Experience managing sales teams;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office package);
  • Certification as a Bank Correspondent to offer payroll-deductible credit products (e.g., FEBRABAN, ANEPS) – mandatory for this role;
  • Completed degree (higher education);
  • Driver’s license (category B).
