About the role
- Conceptualization and design of modern, secure mobile workplace solutions
- Technical project support as an expert in mobile, scalable, and highly available system architectures
- Planning, implementation, and continuous development of the EMM infrastructure for mobile devices
- Coordination with internal architecture, development, and operations teams to integrate new technologies
- Continuous optimization of existing services with regard to current IT trends
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of technical documentation
- Advising service management and customers on technical questions
- Supporting 2nd-level support and coordinating with vendors for assigned products
Requirements
- Knowledge of Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox and Linux-based system environments
- Proven experience in designing security-relevant mobile enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL Foundation or equivalent)
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Degree in IT or a recognized IT vocational qualification — or at least eight years of professional experience in the IT field
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B1) according to the CEFR
- Strong team skills, a structured way of working, and a professional demeanor
