About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Job-related support – supporting employees and caregivers within the framework of offers to assist with daily living according to § 45a SGB XI
  • Clinical/professional guidance – advice and instruction on professional questions and care situations
  • Case discussions – participation in case reviews, team meetings and professional conferences
  • Training and continuing education – support for training sessions and professional development measures
  • Quality assurance – professional input to further develop the quality of our services
  • Documentation – clear, traceable documentation of services provided
  • Flexible delivery – in-person, by phone and digitally possible. A fully digital-only role is not intended.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training as a care professional (e.g., social pedagogue, special education teacher, physician, B.A. Social Work, qualified nurse/care professional, health nurse, registered nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, family care worker, curative education nurse, educator, housekeeper, head of housekeeping, master of domestic services, or rural assistant)
  • Professional experience in the care or health sector – confident in providing instruction, advice and professional exchange
  • Quality awareness – an eye for professional standards and quality assurance
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and structured working methods
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
