About the role

Ship production features weekly, turning complex insurance processes into intuitive, delightful experiences
Own the full feature lifecycle: design collaboration → implementation → production monitoring
Build lightning-fast UIs optimized for accessibility and top-tier performance
Integrate AI capabilities into the product using the Vercel AI SDK
Contribute to engineering best practices and help teammates level up with AI tools
Work closely with design and product to deliver end-to-end features and leverage AI-assisted development

Several years of experience building production React/Next.js applications
Strong CSS-in-JS or Tailwind skills and a deep understanding of responsive design
Proficiency with TypeScript and modern build tools
Experience shipping user-facing features at scale
Comfortable experimenting with AI coding tools (training provided)
Nice-to-haves: Vercel AI SDK or LLM integration experience
Nice-to-haves: Framer Motion / GSAP for animation
Nice-to-haves: Sentry, DataDog, or other monitoring tools
Interest in growing into a full-stack (Go/TypeScript backend)
