About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategy: Develop creative angles and marketing strategy for each project and prioritize test roadmaps
Lead the team: Brief our copy, design, video and tech teams, provide feedback and approve deliverables
Copywriting: When needed, write copy yourself — primarily in German and English, using AI as a force multiplier
Testing system: Analyze winning ads and funnels, document learnings and continuously improve the creative testing process
Founders sparring: Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders by preparing and supporting strategic decisions
