About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our website and our clients' sites on search engines.
Produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for our blog, website, and social platforms, while adhering to Agemia's editorial line and showcasing our unique expertise.
Oversee and coordinate the work of a remote freelance team, including writers, developers, and designers.
Use analytics tools to track the performance of our digital strategies and provide detailed reports.
Design, deploy, and monitor innovative digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on performance analysis.
Establish a culture of A/B testing to optimize user journeys and maximize conversions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently a student in Marketing, Digital Communication, or a related field, with a strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to explore its many facets.
An insatiable curiosity for new technologies and digital marketing trends, and a continual willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-evolving industry.
You are coachable, open to feedback, and able to quickly adapt to new working methods, tools, and strategies to optimize performance.
Ability to analyze complex data to extract meaningful insights, combined with creativity to design innovative content and growth strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, essential for working effectively in a 100% remote environment and interacting with our team and clients.
While working remotely, you can collaborate closely with the team while being sufficiently autonomous to take initiative and manage projects confidently.
A desire to engage with various aspects of digital acquisition, experiment, and apply a range of techniques to contribute to the growth of Agemia and its clients.
