About the role

  • You get our outpatient clinics running at full speed: appointment scheduling, patient flow, and team coordination — everything runs smoothly thanks to you.
  • You lead and plan the clinic schedule team and ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
  • You optimize processes, further develop structures, and continuously find ways to improve patient care.
  • You act as the liaison between patients, physicians, the team and administration — strong communicator and always with an open ear.
  • You support quality management and internal projects and ensure smooth operations across locations.
  • Administrative tasks such as billing, invoice management, and correspondence are familiar to you.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or registered nurse and/or further training in practice management
  • Experience organizing outpatient clinics and ideally in team leadership
  • Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility and an independent working style
  • Empathy and strong communication skills — you know how to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians
  • Quality awareness, flexibility and reliability
  • Confident use of IT systems, ideally practice management software/EHR
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
