Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate a dedicated squad, serving as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders.
Facilitate daily team activities, ceremonies, and operational processes.
Drive technical coordination across multiple cross-functional teams.
Maintain clear and effective communication with both business representatives and technical teams.
Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery and stakeholder management.
Oversee the implementation of solutions, including system testing, solution design, and architectural discussions.
Support data mapping activities between different systems and contribute to integration engineering efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Broad technical expertise with the ability to work across various technologies and platforms.
Experience with technologies such as **Salesforce**, **Axon**, **Azure Integration Services**, **MuleSoft**, **AWS**, or cloud-based functions is considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and business application ecosystems.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the maturity to engage effectively with business teams and navigate evolving requirements.
Ability to balance project delivery objectives while maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
Confident decision-maker with a genuine interest in technology and digital transformation.
Quick learner who can rapidly understand new environments, systems, and business contexts.
Professional fluency in **English** is required.
Knowledge of **Dutch** and/or **French** is a strong asset, particularly for business stakeholder interactions.
