About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Business Architect who will play a key role in aligning business strategy with processes, capabilities, and technology.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business architecture frameworks, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment across business and IT.
Requirements
- Define, develop, and maintain the business architecture to support strategic initiatives.
- Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify business needs, capabilities, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure business-IT alignment and provide architectural guidance across projects and programs.
- Create and maintain business architecture artifacts, such as capability maps, value streams, and operating models.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on architecture-related decisions.
- Proven experience in Business Architecture (with a track record in senior/strategic roles).
- Strong ability to engage and influence business and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written).
- Experience with ArchiMate modeling language.
- Knowledge of the TOGAF framework (certification is a plus).
