About the role
- You build and manage a portfolio of professional clients: tradespeople, self-employed workers, and liberal professionals
- You advise on supplementary retirement plans, savings, health insurance and income protection
- You carry out targeted direct prospecting to grow your portfolio
- You rely on a network of referral partners and agreements with professional associations/groups
- After a comprehensive assessment, you propose tailored solutions to your clients
Requirements
- Minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, with entrepreneurial experience considered an advantage
- You are looking for an environment that stimulates your ambition and drive to succeed
- You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
- You are proficient in sales and negotiation techniques
- You have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
