About the role

  • You build and manage a portfolio of professional clients: tradespeople, self-employed workers, and liberal professionals
  • You advise on supplementary retirement plans, savings, health insurance and income protection
  • You carry out targeted direct prospecting to grow your portfolio
  • You rely on a network of referral partners and agreements with professional associations/groups
  • After a comprehensive assessment, you propose tailored solutions to your clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, with entrepreneurial experience considered an advantage
  • You are looking for an environment that stimulates your ambition and drive to succeed
  • You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
  • You are proficient in sales and negotiation techniques
  • You have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
