About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work closely with the Territorial Directorate to implement the operational objectives defined by the Association
  • You are responsible for the support provided within the services and programs and for the activity of each unit for which you are accountable
  • You manage, allocate and schedule staff presence and absences within the services and programs
  • You manage activity flows (admission and discharge pathways, etc.) and validate professional documentation
  • You implement and promote a quality approach that ensures the implementation and respect of individual support plans for service users
  • You are directly responsible for ensuring the rights and freedoms of service users are respected
  • You directly and closely manage staff in the services and programs (technical support for professionals, skills development, leading and facilitating meetings, setting objectives, etc.) with support from Human Resources
  • You promote complementarity between internal services
  • You participate in the development of external partnerships and network collaboration
  • You proactively propose improvements to continuously adapt to evolving public needs and the environment
  • You act as the communication interface between the team and management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial training in the medico-social sector
  • Level 6 diploma in the medico-social field (CAFERUIS, Master’s in Health, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a similar role preferred
  • Class B (car) driving licence required
