About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing all aspects of owned projects
Managing internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Leading end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud Migration, Integration and Automation projects
Managing and leading the project team
Ensuring project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner
Confirming feasibility of project delivery
Preparing UAT and Training strategy
Handing-over project to Support
Working with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management
Project planning and control including developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
Monitoring project progress and performance
Providing status reports to the Project Owner
Liaising with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management
Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/MA preferably with IT/Finance/Economics specialization
PMP or other certification in Project Management
3-5 years’ experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software)
Fluent English
Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Attention to detail, testing, and documentation
Ability to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and under stress
