About the role

  • Support our SAP FICO implementations, optimizations, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Bring in-depth expertise in SAP FICO module configurations, customizations and technical knowledge for financial processes within the healthcare sector.
  • Supporting M&A activities within the group, ensuring SAP FICO solutions align with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, +Bank/Statements management)
  • Solid understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and document splitting
  • Configuration and support of New G/L Accounting, including parallel ledgers where applicable
  • Execution and support of month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Proven experience supporting country localizations for: Romania (RO), Greece (GR), Poland (PL), Italy (IT), Spain (SP), Netherlands (NL), and Portugal (PT)
  • Configuration and validation of tax procedures, VAT reporting, and withholding taxes
  • Support for statutory audits and compliance activities
  • End-to-end VAT configuration and reporting, including intra-EU scenarios
  • Understanding of country-specific fiscal calendars and legal requirements
  • Support for internal controls and audit evidence
  • FI integration with MM, SD, EWM, Payroll, and external systems (VIM / RE as a nice to have)
  • Experience with CO (Cost Center Accounting)
  • Configuration and support of Cost Centers, and Profit Centers
  • Profit Center Accounting aligned with management reporting
  • FI–CO reconciliation and period-end activities
  • PS knowledge – WBS config, settlement, budgeting.
  • Execution and support of assessments, distributions, and internal activity allocations
  • Support for management reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting processes

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in multi-country, shared-service environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, and operational support
  • Clear communication with local finance teams, auditors, and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to document processes and configurations clearly
  • Experience in SAP RISE environments
  • ABAP understanding, simple debugging skills
  • Exposure to Group Reporting or Consolidation
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA rollouts or upgrades
  • English – Mandatory (fluent, business and technical)
  • At least one of the following – Mandatory: - Polish - Greek - Romanian
