About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary squads, supporting the team's technical growth
Define scalable, resilient, and secure solution architectures
Support technical decision-making and ensure the quality of deliveries
Contribute to the definition of architecture, development, and governance standards
Design microservices-based solutions and system integrations
Participate in technical definitions and discussions with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in solution architecture and software development
Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs
Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
Proven experience defining scalable, resilient, and event-driven architectures
Experience in technical leadership of development teams
Knowledge of technical governance practices, code quality, and architecture
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to software development and engineering acceleration
Experience in digital transformation projects or within the financial sector is a plus
