About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Undertake structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, and where relevant composite elements
  • Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, and design sketches
  • Coordinate structural deliverables with architects, MEP engineers, and BIM technicians
  • Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements, international codes, and project quality standards
  • Support the production and review of drawings, schedules, and BIM-based deliverables
  • Help drive innovation in structural engineering, including advanced analysis, BIM-enabled workflows, and parametric/digital tools
  • Participate in project meetings and respond to technical queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in reviewing contractor submissions, RFIs, and construction-stage design changes
  • Contribute to site visits and inspections as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in building structures
  • Good knowledge of concrete and steel design
  • Working knowledge of structural software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, TEDDS or similar, plus Revit coordination awareness
  • Basic knowledge of parametric design
