About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Hold responsibility for the overall delivery of the project
Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects
Provides guidance and mentorship to more junior team members
Lead and manage sustainability certification processes (LEED, WELL, Estidama, etc.)
Prepare and review technical documentation and calculations
Act as Project Manager / Lead Consultant on assigned projects
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Review design submissions for sustainability compliance
Conduct site inspections and progress reporting
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

MSc degree level in relevant academic or post academic professional qualifications
5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting
Strong experience across UAE/KSA/GCC projects (highly preferred)
Proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong technical writing and reporting skills
Strong knowledge of LEED (mandatory)
