About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on functional support for production finance systems including Oracle Fusion, EPM, Apex, and other applications
Execute Oracle Fusion ERP and finance systems implementation activities across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, and Project to Close workstreams
Document business processes, system workflows, functional specifications, configuration decisions, business rules, and troubleshooting guides
Configure and support finance system structures including charts of accounts, calendars, ledgers, business units, payment terms, tax rules, and approval hierarchies
Partner with IT Infrastructure on integration testing for Salesforce CRM, Workday HRIS, and third-party applications
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle support on complex problems
Support Oracle EPM Cloud and Apex application rollouts, including testing, user setup, dimension maintenance, training, and troubleshooting
Coordinate integrations between Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Apex, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment
Develop test scripts and coordinate unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
Manage tester recruitment, sandbox setup, test data preparation, stand-ups, defect tracking, test results, and UAT sign-offs
Design role-based training curricula and create user guides, quick reference cards, video tutorials, sandbox exercises, and FAQs
Deliver virtual and in-person training, train-the-trainer sessions, and post-training office hours
Provide hypercare support during the first 90 days after implementation, including extended hours and weekend availability
Monitor usage patterns, adoption metrics, and support tickets to identify training gaps
Serve as a trusted functional advisor to business stakeholders on Oracle Fusion capabilities and best practices
Identify process improvement, automation, and quarterly-update adoption opportunities
Use GPT, Claude, and Gemini to create test scripts, training materials, documentation, and process guides
Collaborate with the Senior Data & AI Analyst to validate AI agent outputs and support AI-enhanced workflow deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
4–6 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management or comparable ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, or NetSuite
Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing ERP implementation defect resolution
Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications
Strong understanding of Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, Record to Report, and Project to Close processes
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional configuration, including setup tables, value sets, approval rules, and reporting trees
Proficiency with Oracle Fusion reporting tools: OTBI, BIP, Smart View, and FBDI
Experience with test case design, traceability matrices, defect management, and regression testing
Strong Excel skills; SQL familiarity is a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, Planning) or comparable budgeting/planning platforms
Experience supporting Oracle Apex or low-code application platform rollouts and testing
Understanding of capex versus opex accounting and finance project capitalization requirements
Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Patient, supportive coaching style and ability to explain complex functionality simply
Active listening skills and empathy for users during system transitions and go-live events
Working knowledge of LLM capabilities including GPT, Claude, and Gemini
Basic understanding of AI agent concepts
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and customer-service oriented
Ability to work in an office environment
U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements, or eligible for approval for an export license; some positions require current U.S. citizenship
