About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

An Infrastructure Cloud Engineer is responsible for the design, management, and maintenance of a cloud infrastructure.
The duties also include following best practices and ensuring the security of the network.
Should have knowledge of Azure, AWS and Azure AVS services.
Azure Cloud AVS Cloud solutioning, maintenance and deployment
Experience with cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) would be nice to have.
Performing infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing
Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Desired Certifications: VMware VCP, AWS CCP, AWS CSA
7-10 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management.
5-7 years of experience with Automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Large enterprise-level experience in storage technologies supporting multiple Operating Systems and environments.
Proficient with Systems performance tuning, capacity management and replication.
