About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop the Applications Technology team
Oversee daily application operations, production support, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment
Establish and track operational metrics related to system availability, support responsiveness, and service quality
Provide leadership and governance for enterprise applications and platforms
Oversee application lifecycle activities and define multi-year application roadmap
Manage application performance, availability, and operational resilience
Manage support for SQL Server databases and oversee integrations, data movement, and automation platforms
Lead efforts to streamline manual processes through automation and AI enablement initiatives
Lead user access management governance and partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams
Manage vendor and service provider relationships and collaborate with business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
12+ years of experience in enterprise application management, application support, systems administration, database operations, or related technology leadership roles
7+ years of experience managing and developing multidisciplinary technical teams
Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI PaaS services, or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms
Strong background in user access management, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and privileged access reviews
Strong understanding of ITIL principles, including incident, problem, and change management
Experience managing vendors, service providers, support agreements, SLAs, and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders
Experience with application rationalization, system consolidation, support process improvement, and operational documentation
Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
