Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment
Hands-on and physically demanding work
Primarily day travel within assigned territory
Occasional overnight travel (2–5 nights per week, depending on job location)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 21+ years old
Must pass a drug test
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather
Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150'
Supply own basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor gear
OSHA safety compliance is required
