About the role

  • Represent Advanced Window Systems at home shows and community events (indoor & outdoor)
  • Engage with attendees, share product information, and answer questions
  • Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown (tents, signage, displays, etc.)
  • Collaborate with events team to deliver a great customer experience
  • Part-time internship role with hourly pay plus bonuses and incentives

  • Professional & reliable—show up on time and follow through
  • Quick learner—open to training and eager to grow
  • Energetic & physically capable—comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Must have dependable transportation to events in Connecticut & Western Massachusetts
  • Availability primarily on weekends & evenings
