Requirements
- Hands-On Skill: Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in home repair, carpentry, window/door work, siding, or related handyman/construction trades
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using power tools, ladders, tape measures, and construction equipment
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs correctly the first time
- Physical Capability: Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle outdoor conditions when needed
- Clean & Professional: Represents AWS well in customers’ homes — strong communication and customer service
- Detail-Driven: Follows measurements, instructions, and quality standards with precision
