About the role

At Aella, we work with visionary founders and ambitious teams to bring ideas to life, fast. From sleek MVPs to scalable internal platforms, we blend branding, UX, automation, and AI to build digital tools that are clear, useful, and actually ship. We’re looking for two (2) freelance full stack developers to collaborate with us on a rolling basis. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy team to shape products from concept to delivery. Tasks: Responsive interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind, or Framer Motion; Backend logic and API setup using Supabase, Firebase, or Node.js/Express; Cloud infrastructure and secure storage using AWS (S3, Lambda, Cognito) or similar; Connecting APIs like OpenAI, Claude, Stripe, auth, or PDF exports; Building automation workflows using n8n; Contributing to AI agents such as smart assistants, Q&A bots, or prompt-based flows; Admin panels, onboarding flows, export logic, custom dashboards

Strong in frontend development with a solid understanding of backend Experience on 2–5+ shipped projects (SaaS, tools, MVPs, platforms) Fluent in JavaScript and React/Next.js, and familiar with Supabase or AWS Confident integrating APIs and handling full feature flows from frontend to backend Available 5 days per week, able to self-manage and keep momentum Clear communicator and async-friendly (we use Slack, Notion, Loom) Based in Europe or a nearby time zone Reliable, curious, and collaborative with a drive to push ideas forward Bonus Points: You’ve worked with or built AI tools or agent-style logic flows Experience using n8n or other automation platforms Good understanding of UX structure and design systems You’ve freelanced, collaborated with founders, or led your own product build
