About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contributing to responsible investment research projects and thematic sustainability analyses.
Supporting ad hoc projects related to sustainable investing, climate, biodiversity, stewardship, and ESG integration.
Supporting the development and maintenance of ESG dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Supporting the Responsible Investment team with the adoption and implementation of AI solutions and productivity tools.
Assisting with ESG data collection, validation, structuring, and quality control.
Assisting with the monitoring of ESG-related developments, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
Available for at least 24 hours per week during the internship period.
Academic background in Econometrics, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Nature-Based Studies, or a related field.
Strong interest in sustainable investing and the asset management industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data and quantitative information.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with or interest in tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Python, or similar technologies.
Can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
