About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent the Real Assets platform to institutional clients, consultants, and capital partners
Lead end-to-end product development for Real Assets, including the design, structuring, and launch of new funds
Translate market feedback, investor preferences, and consultant insights into scalable product solutions
Oversee the review and negotiation of fund documents and legal agreements
Partner with investment teams, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure new products are executable
Execute capital raising initiatives which support long-term, profitable growth
Manage strategic client relationships, overseeing fundraising, closings, and retention
Lead solution-oriented discussions with clients
Provide structured education and thought leadership to teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
Ten (10) years of real estate experience
Thorough investment/product knowledge
Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding relationship management skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment and accomplish tasks with little oversight
Demonstrated success in an autonomous, proactive environment
Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet software, and basic structuring of real estate transactions
