About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the Real Assets platform to institutional clients, consultants, and capital partners
  • Lead end-to-end product development for Real Assets, including the design, structuring, and launch of new funds
  • Translate market feedback, investor preferences, and consultant insights into scalable product solutions
  • Oversee the review and negotiation of fund documents and legal agreements
  • Partner with investment teams, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure new products are executable
  • Execute capital raising initiatives which support long-term, profitable growth
  • Manage strategic client relationships, overseeing fundraising, closings, and retention
  • Lead solution-oriented discussions with clients
  • Provide structured education and thought leadership to teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Ten (10) years of real estate experience
  • Thorough investment/product knowledge
  • Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and accomplish tasks with little oversight
  • Demonstrated success in an autonomous, proactive environment
  • Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet software, and basic structuring of real estate transactions
