About the role
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to seniors in assisted living, independent living, and on-site outpatient clinics.
- Treat residents Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends.
- Treat residents in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic (no travel to homes outside the building).
- Market the clinic and build referrals as needed.
- Create and manage your own schedule and work independently.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
- Outgoing personality and business skills to help market the clinic.
- Ability to create your own schedule and work independently.
- Ability to treat higher functioning residents in assisted/independent living and outpatient settings.
