About the role
- Provide outpatient physical therapy to seniors in assisted living, independent living, and on-site clinics
- Treat residents Monday–Friday; no evenings or weekends
- Treat residents in their rooms or in on-site outpatient clinic (no travel to homes outside the building)
- Market the clinic, manage scheduling, and work independently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Participate in local clinical mentorship and clinical education; pursue CEUs
Requirements
- Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
- Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
- New Grads Welcomed
- Ability to market the clinic, manage own scheduling, and work independently
- Ability to treat residents Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends
