About the role

  • Provide physical therapy services as a Physical Therapy Assistant in outpatient and assisted/independent living settings
  • Treat residents Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends
  • Deliver care in residents' rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic
  • Market the clinic and support patient scheduling independently
  • Collaborate interdisciplinary with clinical teams to provide patient-centered care
  • Participate in clinical education, mentorship, and continuing education activities

Requirements

  • Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice
  • Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
  • Ability to market the clinic, manage own scheduling, and work independently
  • Eligibility to obtain/maintain required state licensure and professional membership
