About the role
- Provide physical therapy services as a Physical Therapy Assistant in outpatient and assisted/independent living settings
- Treat residents Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends
- Deliver care in residents' rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic
- Market the clinic and support patient scheduling independently
- Collaborate interdisciplinary with clinical teams to provide patient-centered care
- Participate in clinical education, mentorship, and continuing education activities
Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice
- Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
- Ability to market the clinic, manage own scheduling, and work independently
- Eligibility to obtain/maintain required state licensure and professional membership
