About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic and client account plans
  • Drive sustainable and reproducible Account growth for the DOD Army Team
  • Strategic plan development & management
  • Monitor and support Program/Project opportunities
  • Lead/manage key relationships at all major clients
  • Maintain situational awareness of contract performance
  • Own the big proposals and facilitate risk management sign-offs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related disciplines
  • 15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs
  • 6+ years in a leadership role
  • Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS
  • US citizenship is required
